NeuroTek has just finished its first design for an educational tool for neuroscience undergraduate classrooms in electrophysiology. A major draw back to undergraduate teaching experience is that there is no practicum for electrophysiology. Scientists begin the work force without solid hands on experience and trouble shooting skills. NeuroTek is working toward a NeuroTeKIT, which is a learning kit for basic electronics and electrophysiology. Tests of our device will begin in the next few months.
